• Handling strategic online initiatives
• Leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation
• Posting social media and email marketing campaigns for both English and Native Spanish
• Monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective
• Directing the hiring of marketing and promotions staff and supervising their work
• Working with other department heads and staff to discuss plans and marketing strategies
• Staying current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world
• Handling monthly budgets for social media account advertising
• Translate English to Native Spanish for brochures, DVD’s, recordings and scripts with Native Spanish proficiency
• Work closely with Hispanic communities to ensure that the materials are translated properly into Native Spanish
• Utilize WooCommerce to update product, advertisement and marketing campaigns

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration with emphasis, minor or certificate in marketing, marketing or related field required
• Two or more years of experience in digital marketing and/or advertising
• Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool
• Bilingual – English and Native Spanish
• Experience with WooCommerce
• Understands website metrics and best practices
• Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
• Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
• Good at problem-solving and communication
• Strong writing skills in both English and Spanish
• JBS Member with a full understanding of the organization’s political stance
• Digital graphics design ability
• Experience introducing new lines from design to the first sale
