POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Campaign Specialist designs, creates, and optimizes marketing programs to support expansions and growth of prospective and current Concentra customer visits and revenue. The Digital Campaign Specialist (DCS) uses email as the main channel through which proactive communication occurs. In addition, the DCS will consider all available channels (web, social, syndication, etc.) in campaign creation. The DCS must develop and maintain in depth knowledge of Concentra products to align campaign activities with business goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop and execute national or local digital campaigns/communications to drive B2B lead nurture and relationship management (retention) and prospecting campaigns
  • Reporting and analysis of Campaigns using PowerPoint, Excel and Dynamics CRM
  • Utilize reporting and analysis data to optimize campaigns and create recommendations for improvement
  • Review campaign briefs and sales requests and prioritizing with Marketing teams and management
  • Provide input on Digital Marketing strategy documentation and presentations
  • Engage as necessary with Social, Web and Analytics team members to ensure campaign execution and successful results
  • Work closely with Sales Operations in managing Concentra's CRM platform MS Dynamics
  • Interface with Marketing groups in Communications, Events, and Field, as well as Information Services, Sales and Business Product teams for campaign execution
  • Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as media campaign budgets, campaign matrix and schedules

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or in a related field from an accredited
college or university

JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE
  • Customarily has at least five years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, email administration or digital analytics
  • Experience with:
o Matrix/internal marketing and communications with executives to sales representatives
o Marketing & Sales campaign requirements gathering, campaign planning and reporting and campaign optimization
o Creating and delivering reporting and analysis presentations to Sales and Marketing management leaders

  • General knowledge and experience with PowerPoint, Excel, eMail Administration, and CMS Administration such as Dynamics
  • Highly skilled with Automated Marketing Tools (ex: Adobe Marketing Suite, D365, Marketo, Enterprise level eMail Administration)
