Title: Digital Acquisition/Growth Marketer
Department: Marketing

Pay Range: $80,000 to $110,000
About the Work
As Gale’s Digital Acquisition/Growth Marketer, you will be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will plan, develop, implement, and manage our overall traffic acquisition strategy, including initiation, management and performance analysis of Gale’s digital acquisition marketing channels. You’ll lead continual efforts to analyze performance across key campaigns and channels and optimize campaigns to efficiently drive highly qualified traffic to our sites.
In this role, you will…
- Develop, implement, track, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including (but not limited to) Google and related display ad networks, paid social media, connected TV & Radio networks, email campaign strategies and other digital marketing channels, as appropriate.
- Manage SEO/SEM efforts (in-house & 3rd party)
- Understanding of best practices for placing and managing paid social media campaigns, such as on Meta (Facebook/Insta) & other paid social platforms
- Configure and manage our HubSpot integrations with regard to email, display advertising campaigns, social media and other efforts that will result in acquisition of new users (esp, clinicians) of the Gale platform.
- Responsible for developing a deep understanding of user profiles/personas and their needs, and optimizing our acquisition channels for high growth
- Develop and maintain a highly metrics-driven approach.
- Present regularly on performance and learnings to Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
Requirements
Who you are…
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or related field
- Digital acquisition and marketing expert with 3 to 5 years of hands on experience of growth
- Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Meta & Social Media analytics reporting tools, Heap, MixPanel, etc
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of testing methodologies, ability to draw conclusions from data
- Effective time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
