Job Description Summary
Must be a proficient typist and have exceptional word processing skills and must demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette. Order and maintain supply inventory for office and construction department. Plan and conduct safety meetings, maintain time and attendance for Planning and Development as well as time and attendance for the Construction Department on a per job basis. Maintains calendars for Director of Design Management and Project Managers. Responsible for scheduling meeting times and locations. Will perform many challenging construction related clerical duties. Process contractor and suppliers invoices, runs large photocopies of architectural prints and assist with architectural drawing file keeping. Maintains architectural drawing file rack. Radio dispatch of Planning and Development and Construction Department personnel.

Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School graduate or equivalent;
  • At least one (1) year accounting experience;
  • Good communication skills, both orally and written;
  • Good typing skill;
  • General knowledge of a computer;
  • Neat in appearance, congenial and courteous;
  • Valid driver’s license.
LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in an emergency situation.
SKILLS:
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Ability to utilize the Internet, Extranet, and E-mail;
  • Ability to utilize radio and pager system.
