First Choice Health Centers (FCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with an immediate opening for a Dentist (East Hartford/Manchester area). We are a rapidly growing nonprofit health center (FQHC) comprised of Physicians, PAs/NPs, Behavior Health Clinicians, Dentists and other health care personnel. First Choice Health Centers offers opportunities for leadership development and performance improvement project involvement. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) our Dentists may apply for the HRSA Loan Forgiveness Program, in addition to our generous and competitive salary & benefit package.

Clinical Duties:

• Diagnostic/Basic Preventive Care
• Restorative (amalgams, resins, crowns)
• Periodontics
• Gingivectomy
• Prosthodontics (removable) (dentures, partials, plates)

Limited oral surgery to include:

• Extractions
• Removal of Impacted Teeth
• I&D of Abscess
• Frenectomy
• Suture Removal
• Palliative Treatment

Requirements

• Current Dental License in the State of Connecticut
• A DEA certificate
• Experience patient care management
• Experience general dentist with adult, adolescent and pediatrics
