Hospitality Dental & Orthodontics is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Independent Contract Dentist for our Inland Empire offices. We have five state-of-the-art offices conveniently located throughout the Inland Empire, high and low desert. We are proud to be a fee-for-service practice, accepting no capitation (HMO) plans, no weekends, and an established pool of friendly patients!
Each Dentist team is comprised of a dental hygienist, two dental assistants and a treatment coordinator. Essentially, each Dentist has his/her own private practice within a larger practice. Patients can see the same dentist and hygienist each visit thus ensuring continuity of care.
Dentists at Hospitality can concentrate on practicing dentistry without having to worry about the administrative paperwork and headaches associated with running a solo practice. Our success is based on 40+ years of dedication to the profession and an ongoing commitment to improving the dental health of our patients.
The tenure of our dentists, being as much as 29 years, is an indication of our competitive compensation packages as well as our regard to quality dentistry.

Requirements:
- Strong team player who can effectively communicate with patients, staff members, dental assistants, and dental hygienists.
- Ability to demonstrate and deliver dental treatment in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Ability to direct clinical staff.
- Uphold the highest standards of clinical care.
- Minimal oversight and ready to take on leadership role.
- Must be proficient and skilled in all aspects of dentistry including: General restorative, endodontics, surgical extractions, implants/implant restorations, fixed/removable prosthetics, etc.
