We are currently looking for a treatment coordinator to join our innovative, well established, office in Donelson! As our treatment coordinator, your job is paramount to the patient experience, getting treatment accepted and to be a vital role in our practice. Typically, you will be discussing finances, treatment plans, and how to help the patient receive the treatment they need in the time the Doctor recommends. Furthermore, your job is to collect all fees the patient is responsible for paying and provide the patient with a written estimate of the costs of the recommended treatment along with insurance estimates. Our ideal Treatment Coordinator is: • Friendly • High awareness for exceptional customer service • Understands insurance benefits but does not base treatment plans solely on insurance allowances • Exceptional follow-up on unscheduled treatment plans • Maintains a 95% case acceptance percentage • Honest • Compassionate • Organized • Team Player • Excellent and thorough communication *Competitive salary (around 45k) plus bonuses, and benefits offered Requirements: Knowledge about Dental insurance preferred.
