Job description
Busy dental practice is seeking energetic full-time and part-time front desk associates to manage receptionist and treatment coordinator responsibilities.
- Dental experience is required. Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus.
- Answer phones, check-in patients, take payments, manage billing and insurance.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to quickly build rapport with patients.
- Needs to be knowledgeable in all dental treatments with high level organizational skills to meet changing patient needs.
- Must be comfortable talking about fees and able to place values on treatments.
