Dr. Caton State is looking for a friendly and motivated Dental Receptionist. Previous dental office experience is preferred.
This position is temporary coverage for maternity leave April 15 thru September 15. There is a potential opportunity to go permanent at that time. The Receptionist would ideally work in all 3 locations: El Dorado Hills, Placerville, and Citrus Heights, with priority to Citrus Heights.
Schedule: Tuesday thru Thursday: 8-5; Friday: 8-3; One to two Mondays per month: 8-3
Requirements:- 1 year of dental office experience preferred
- Ability to handle difficult or confrontational situations in a calm, consistent, and professional manner
- Must be self directed with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Easily establish friendly and positive relationships with patients and co-workers
- Experience utilizing a dental/healthcare practice management system(s), Open Dental preferred
