Looking for work / life balance? We are growing and have an RDH opportunity available at our Phoenixville practice. This is a 4-day work week, Monday thru Thursday, with Friday/Saturday/Sunday off!! If you are about providing quality dental care, then we want to hear from you today. Accepting PT and FT applications now. RDH must be independent and willing to adhere to high quality of care, sterilization and safety standards. This position pays $48-$52 an hour, plus MONTHLY BONUS incentive, and benefits. We welcome all candidates from new graduates to the highly experienced hygienist.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform Dental Hygiene services and procedures, including dental prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride and sealants, scaling and root planning.
• Complete a thorough assessment of the patient's teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, and document any abnormalities or suspected conditions. Customize care to meet patient's oral health.
• Educate patients on good oral hygiene techniques.
• Aid the dentist with procedures and emergencies as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide all care in conjunction with accepted professional dental practices and standards.

Position Requirements:

• Registered Dental Hygienist licensure in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification Proficient Dependable Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passionate about providing patient-centered care, and excellent patient service
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team player
• Proven dedication to provide high quality, comprehensive dental care
• Ability to comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations in order to maintain a clean and safe working environment

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-6pm, Thursday 9am-5pm
