Description of responsibilities:

· Smiles and greets patients at the front desk, answer phones and emails

· Manages scheduling of patients and collects patient insurance information if applicable

· Presents treatment plans and financial/insurance details to patients

· Assists patients with insurance benefits (claims, preauthorization, and other forms needed)

Required experience:

· minimum of 1 year relevant experience in the dental profession

· must have experience working with insurance, billing and collections

· background in hospitality, front office coordination and/or face to face customer service is preferred

Required skills:

· RDA license is a plus

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Bilingual English and Spanish

· Computer skills

· Excellent sales skills and must be comfortable collecting money

· Detailed oriented with strong working ethics
