Oakwood Hills Family Dental is looking to add a full time dental assistant to our team! The ideal individual is a highly motivated team player, is passionate about providing high quality dental care and possesses excellent communication skills. Our new dental clinic building opened in July 2022 and provides a beautiful space to work each day.

Responsibilities include- assisting the dentist in delivering dental care, set up and take down of the dental operatory for patient appointments, reviewing health history and dental concerns with the patient, taking dental radiographs, providing patient education and post operative instructions, processing and sterilization of dental instruments, and maintenance of the dental operatory equipment.

This position would be four days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday but there is some flexibility with days). Patient care hours are 8:00-5:00 Monday-Thursday and 7:30-3:00 Fridays (7:00-1:30 Fridays during the summer). Maintaining a positive work and life balance is important to us!

Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, dental care for the employee and their immediate family members, 401K retirement program after 1 year of employment and employer match. Hourly wage will depend on experience and qualifications.

Dental experience and familiarity with Eaglesoft Practice Management Software is preferred.
