Lakemont Family Dentistry is a locally owned and well established general dental practice for over 20 years. We are quickly growing and are looking to add more people to the team. Our office is open 5 days a week from 8-5pm from Monday to Thursday and 8-4pm on Friday. We offer competitive pay and benefits, along with an exceptional working environment. We are seeking a part-time dental assistant to join our amazing and growing office in the Lakemont area of Bellevue. Wednesday through Friday availability, but we are open for discussion! Full-time availability is a possibility in the future for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about basic dental procedures and will contribute to the team by informing patients about procedures, providing a positive experience during procedures and completing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient examination and operation.
- Clean and disinfect instruments.
- Keep dental units ready, stocked, and clean.
- Promptly send out and monitor all dental laboratory cases.
- Organize patient information.
- Set up treatment rooms for procedures.
- Chart patients and record date, service rendered, and any charge.
- Help in other areas of the office when necessary (i.e., answering phones, unpacking supplies, completing insurance forms, moving former patient records, etc.)
