Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.45 - $19.45 per hour
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The Driver Helper works under the direction of the Delivery Manager and is responsible for assisting the delivery driver over established routes to deliver beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
Assist delivery driver in all daily tasks including:
- Down stacking and wheeling of products into customer accounts using pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Assist in the prep and checking in of all products with the customer.
- Pick up and return all Maletis empty pallets and product during the normal scope of the business day.
- Maintain superior customer service with all accounts.
- Maintain proper rotation of products to insure product quality as per the company policy (shelf, display, backstock, and any other storage areas).
- Maintain all sales and merchandising standards as communicated by management.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in the cab of the company vehicle.

Physical Requirements (with or without accommodation):
- Substantial and repetitive movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Lifting or raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repetitively and up to 160 lbs occasionally.
- Able to work more than 8 hours per day.
