Urgently hiring - sign on bonus UP TO $1,200
Big Prairie Ventures is hiring full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery drivers in the Broomfield, CO, area. Drivers will be operating from the Boulder terminal (at 12405 W 112th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80021) with delivery routes servicing commercial and residential areas. Drivers will be operating 18ft - 26ft. step vans provided by the company. For immediate consideration, text your name to me (Brent) at 949.280.6386.
Starting Pay: $195 to $240/day based on quality and volume of work - including stop & quality bonuses (drivers average $975 to $1,300/week)
Sign on bonus UP TO $1,200 (based on experience & performance)
Open to consider candidates with commercial driving experience, but particularly interested in those with FedEx driving experience for the following assignments:
- Bulk, mall delivery driver, 20-30 stops and 300-450 packages/day - up to $240/day
- Lead/float driver to cover routes on M-F basis - pay based on experience
- Business/residential route with 95-130 stops & 200-280 packages - up to $220/day
- Residential/business route with 140-175 stops (mostly residential) - up to $220/day
Pay for these roles is based on experience and performance. A sign-on bonus may be paid based on experience and performance.
CDL License is NOT required!!!
Typical Work Hours: 8:30 am-5:30 pm (Drivers MUST have at least 1 weekend day available, this is NOT a Monday-Friday position). Opportunities for those who are interested in working 2-3 days per week.

Delivery Driver Requirements:
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- 1 year of commercial driving experience (UPS, Uber, Uber eats, Amazon, moving company, dairy delivery, pizza delivery, etc.)
- Must pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (employer paid)
- Must be willing to undergo a background check (driving record, criminal history, etc.)
- Physically able to handle packages up to 75-100 lbs.
Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Arrive at the Boulder FedEx terminal to load and organize truck
- Set up route on GPS navigation tool
- Deliver packages and pick up packages from shippers
- Scan and log packages - accurately
- Do it safely, with integrity, and a customer service attitude

Our FedEx Ground company is looking for people who have been local drivers, route drivers, truck drivers, couriers, pick up drivers, delivery drivers, etc. If you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber, Lyft or any other similar companies that is a plus.
