Midtown Home Improvements is looking to add an Employee Deck Trainer to our Production Team.
Primary Job Responsibilities Include:
- Training new contractors to ensure that decks are properly built
- Assist with building decks in the field
- Performing light services/ repairs on decks as needed by previous customers
- Face to Face customer contact as necessary
- Helping the company meet the needs of their customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of construction experience
- Powerful sense of self-motivation, awareness, and resolve
- Possess a passion for learning and continuously improving
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: $50,000
