We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Settlement Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Debt Settlement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our debt settlement department. Your expertise in negotiation, leadership, and strategic planning will be vital in achieving positive outcomes for our clients and maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the debt settlement department and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage a team of debt settlement specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement effective debt settlement strategies and processes.
• Review and analyze client cases to determine the most appropriate negotiation approach.
• Conduct negotiations with creditors and collection agencies to reach favorable settlements on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and legal requirements related to debt settlement.
• Maintain accurate records of settlements, payments, and client communications.
• Handle escalated client inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as legal, finance, and customer service, to optimize overall operations.
• Monitor and report on departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
