Amenity Services LLC is a well-established property maintenance company seeking an exterior janitor/porter driver. This is an overnight position with Full-time 5 days or weekends Hours usually range from 9 am to 5 pm

Job Description • Change out trash liners and hand-pick litter to remove from parking lot surfaces and landscape areas.

• Use a waste removal stick to remove debris from home fronts, curb lines, and corners. • Clean up and maintain dumpster areas.

• Cobwebbing and wiping of window ledges.

• Perform janitorial duties that include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming along with replacement of toiletries.

• Perform basic pre-trip inspection, which includes oil level, tire pressure, burnt out lights etc.

• Have a personal vehicle to arrive at job site.

• Document all finding on mobile app during each shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
