We are looking for an office professional to join our team. Responsibilities will include:

· Assisting office staff with all general office & clerical functions such as: typing, coding accounts, entering accounts receivable data, verifies data to ensure reliability and accuracy of financial information.

· Excellent computer, typing and 10 key calculator skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word applications.

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.

· Answering phone for office and directing calls to the correct recipient.
