Title: Administrative Assistant/Data Entry
Location: Fort Myers, FL 33913
Duration: 7 Months
Shifts: Variable, 36 hour per week or more
What you’ll do:
- Manage the receipt of subcontractor invoices and accurate entry into Oracle. Reconcile to confirm accuracy.
- Obtain receipts for specific projects and catalogue them in Excel.
- Accurately process entry of Research Analyst time.
- Electronically file all emails and contractual documentation in SharePoint.
- Process other revision requests as directed.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office

Education
● High School Diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Salary: $11.37 - $12.00 per hour

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
