Primary Skills: Core Data Engg (Python/Spark SQL/PySpark)
Secondary Skills : EMR/Managed Pipeline/Hadoop

Job Description :
The data will be exchanged from the Simcorp SaaS application via request/response files and API Calls.
- Client is expecting our engineers to have experience in building API connections with externally hosted applications, not just making api calls to fetch the data.
- Client is expecting experience in Building routes and baselining/whitelisting processes for the route creation.
The data fetched from API Calls / files received will be placed in Onelake/S3 and Data Engg / transformation are performed and moved to final OL s3 bucket and SF tables for downstream consumption,
- Client is expecting the enggrs to knowledge on IAM policy and roles enablement and S3 Bucket policy constraints to get the data to our bucket and publish it other S3 buckets
- Client is expecting Knowledge on Lambdas with trigger enablement and also the transformation code with lambda to perform certain transformation on the fly before getting the data to target table.
- Strong skills of Python with libraries like Panda, Numpy to handle transformation needs on the fly
- Strong's skills in SQL/SparkSQL, Pyspark for handling the transformations from Data from staging bucket to target bucket
- Shell \ wrapper script knowledge to call the build scripts from EC2
- Knowledge in Perl is an added advantage, since sizable summit application scripts are in Perl.
Infrastructure Skills
- Client Wants the enggrs to have understanding on Building the EC2 with cloud formation template and knowledge on updating/ maintaining the infrastructure for vulnerabilities.
- Strong skills on building and maintaining AWS Infrastructure like EC2, EMR, RDS.
- Strong skills on One pipeline / Jenkins deployment of Infrastructure code, Data transformation code and Lambda code.
- Understanding on Blue/Green Deployment concepts
- Understanding on Capone tools and processes like EFG, Onestream, Exchange, Managed pipeline is an added advantage.
