Overview:
Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Data Analyst who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFMC/A4 at WPAFB, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Complete data collection, data analysis, data processing, data validation and data cleansing activities on data provided from AF units (active duty, ANG, and AF Reserves).
- Monitor data trends, identify problem areas, determine causes, and recommend corrective action.
- Track progress and quality of data submissions for every AF field level unit and provide progress reports to HQ AFMC/A4M weekly.
- Provide validated data in the correct format or the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tool.
- Provide validated data in the correct format to the DPAS PMO to successfully batch upload the data and populate the DPAS M&U module with all relevant support equipment data.
- Assist in the profiling of data between the DPAS Property Accountability (PA) module and the DPAS M&U module and assist field level users setting up accounts.
- Track progress of successful profiling between the DPAS M&U and the DPAS PA modules for every AF field level unit and provide progress reports to HQ AFMC/A4M weekly.
- Utilize several IT systems including but not limited to: DPAS M&U module, DPAS PA module, BOBJ, MS SharePoint and wholesale/retail supply systems.
- Provide guidance and assistance to field level airmen for support equipment data collection and the serialized marking of equipment that are consistent with AFMC/A4M guidance.
- Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
- BA/BS and three (3) years of relevant experience or
- Nine (9) years of relevant experience
- Experience with analyzing large data sets and writing comprehensive reports
- Knowledge of data principles and procedures, data analysis, data accuracy, and data quality
- Knowledge of AF supply system principles and both wholesale and retail supply processes and procedures
