Job Description:
Technology Requirements: MS, Tableau, SQL, Excel, ,PowerBI a plus, Salesforce is a plus What does a typical day look like? Team meeting, establish plan for the week. Ad hoc meetings throughout the week. Meetings on call/video, requirements gathering and updates. Preferred background/prior work experience. Experience call center metrics, KPI heavy, productivity tracking Priority soft skills: Communication, analyze data and be able to tell story with the data, visualizations, give suggestions.
Job Requirements:
In-depth, demonstrated advanced Excel and SQL experience.
Hands-on experience with reporting solutions such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Excellent visual skills and demonstrable design knowledge; expertise with charting and other data visualization techniques.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
Strong analytical skills (recommendations, scenarios, insights backed with data).
Ability to effectively troubleshoot data inaccuracies, identify root causes, and take corrective action.
Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
