The Regulatory & Client Engagement Operations Lead within the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls organization supports firmwide Regulatory & Client engagement teams by providing centralized leadership / services to drive a consistent operating model. This role requires a candidate to possess Risk & Controls knowledge along with function transformation / leadership skills. The Operations Lead will directly work with the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls Leadership, Global / LoB response teams and product owners to deliver a consistent operating model inclusive of managing requirements, tooling, operating procedures, performance measurement, reporting and response content delivery.

Skills Required:

  • 6-10 years of leadership experience.
  • Risk and Controls function development & leadership
  • Ability to establish and manage an operating model to drive / support a consistent approach to regulatory and client engagement management across regional and line of business teams.
  • Client and regulatory assurance focus.
  • Develop and perform management reporting to drive group wide OKRs and support workload / resource reviews.
  • Manage a centralized product / platform providing engagement / RFI management / workflow capabilities as well as a 'golden source' of accurate, globally consistent response content to support response to inquiries about the firm's information security controls
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration skills as the role entails working with multiple stakeholders firmwide across all Lines of Business to both support day to day operations, manage escalations and identify requirements for tooling / content enhancements
  • Partner with Product teams for successful implementation of strategic tooling
  • Direct management of the client service staff tasked with curating and managing responses within the library
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
