What does it take to help our customers with their advanced technical inquiries? A great attitude and the desire to stay up to date on technology and the latest devices. In this role, you’ll come up with innovative solutions to help our customers. Whether you’re answering direct calls, transferred calls or trouble tickets, you’ll work with the latest systems and tools to assist our customers.

Our Customer Support Specialist earn between $13.35 - $16.59 of Hourly. With our amazing wage opportunities, our average starting earnings begin at $31,600 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
