Are you a Customer obsessed professional? Do you enjoy collaborating with businesses and leading them to success? Got solid technical skills? We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager for our rapidly growing Customer Success team for WiseStamp Product.


Requirements:
  • At least one year of solid Customer Success/ Account Manager Experience in a tech environment;
  • Relationship Building capabilities - a passion for communicating with clients and a drive for success, strong passion about providing the best possible experience to clients;
  • Superb Communication skills - clear, effective communicator with clients, as well as delivering effective feedback and suggestions to peers and management;
  • Results Driven - strong sense of ownership towards getting things done, maintaining a positive, energetic attitude;
  • Sales Background - experience engaging with clients, understanding the need and finding the right solution;
  • Tech Savvy - passionate about understanding technical systems and creative technical problem solving with strong technical skills;
  • Significant Plus:
  • Experience with Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook, PowerShell and experience supporting those products, as well as knowledge of Google domain setup and administration
  • Experience using modern CRMs, Looker, Pipedrive, Zendesk, JIRA, Trello, Confluence and HTML

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a VIP service to WiseStamp’s Mid-size and larger customer base
  • Set the groundwork for our clients successful journey by taking part in the post-sales engagement process, including performing onboardings, product implementations, retention, renewals and account extensions
  • Drive usage, adoption and upsell using data and best practices
  • Achieve the monthly goals and KPIs (onboarding completion rate, adoption rate, renewal and upsell KPI’s)
  • Provide exceptional customer experience using proactive communication
  • Maintain great technical knowledge of the WiseStamp product and guide our clients through the most relevant features and functionalities for their specific business needs
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Support teams to ensure a smooth transition of ongoing client management
  • Provide continuous feedback and new features requests to our product and marketing teams in Tel-Aviv

Benefits:

vcita is a fair and transparent employer. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The starting base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000.
