We are seeking a customer care specialist! We looking for someone who takes pride in helping customers. If you are looking for a steady job, with a set/flexible schedule, in a nice retail environment this could be the job for you!

We have Full Time AND Part Time in Seattle's Ballard and Greenwood neighborhoods.

Pay DOE but starting wage is no less then $18.39/hour.

The Full Time schedule is 4 - 10 hour shifts, 3 days off a week!

Benefits available:

We are closed all major holidays and Sundays.

The job primarily consists of the following duties:

• Greeting customers, working the computer/register
• Issuing receipts for items dropped off
• Answering customer questions or concerns
• Detail invoicing/creating tickets on the computer
• Inventory and assembling orders
• Quality control for the product
• Nightly cleaning: dust, vacuum, basic wipe down of the store
