Hiring for an immediate Customer Service Associate!!!

We are looking for someone that wants to learn a trade in the appliance and HVAC replacement parts industry. We are looking for customer service candidates to join our fast-paced and growing small business. The ideal associate will need to be professional, have strong attention to detail, must be highly motivated and have moderate knowledge of computer applications. Great time management and desire to learn.

Qualifications:

• Legally eligible to work in the United States

• High school Diploma/GED.

• Experience with appliance/HVAC parts or another industries replacement parts processes are helpful.

Job Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Respond to emails, chats and answer phone calls

• Assist customers seeking product information

• Provide product/customer feedback to management

• Troubleshoot and resolve after sale issues that impact the customer

• Work in a team environment and achieve daily goals

• Research and locate part numbers, orders and inventory

• Process orders for our customers over the phone

• Provide customers with information regarding shipping dates, tracking numbers and order status

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Norwood, OH: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
