Alonso`s Auto Repair in Upland CA. is currently interviewing and hiring a Customer Service/writer Sale Representative.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver a positive first impression to each guest and evaluate their needs, working quickly and efficiently.
- Accurate write-up/documentation of customer concerns.
- Communicate expected repair costs and obtain customer approval of repairs.
- Tracking of the vehicle and communicating progress to customers.
- Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Performing any additional task assigned by management.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Ability to operate at a high energy level at all times.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Excellent people skills.
- Sales skills—the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Customer service and sales: 3 year (Required).
Schedule: Hours Are Monday - Friday 8:00 Am to 5:00 PM.
