We are currently recruiting inbound customer service representatives in Glasgow starting from 23rd January, with a salary of £20,500-£21,500!
We are looking for people who’ll listen, ask the right questions and treat customers they way you’d want to be treated – answering high volumes of calls, emails and chat in a friendly and professional manner, taking ownership for the customer’s credit card enquiry.
