Customer Service Representative, Remote, Brecksville, OH

Agrana Fruit is the world market leader and leading ingredient supplier of fruit preparations in one of the fastest-growing segments in the food industry. We specialize in the custom development of stabilized fruit preparations for the refrigerated & frozen dairy, bakery, and food service industries. Every 3rd cup of yogurt worldwide contains fruit from Agrana!

We're currently hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to support Customer Service activities for the order-to-cash process. Other responsibilities include Order Processing, Managing & communicate customer inventories, Forecasting, and production follow-up, Master data maintenance, Participating in customer team(s), Customer trials, Dump Bill to Customer Process, and Tote Return Process & Sample billing. This position will require 1 day onsite per month.

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Business Administration or 2+ years of work experience in a B2B environment
• SAP or similar ERP experience is a plus
• Must be proficient in data entry and working within a database
• Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to identify priorities and meet deadlines
• Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities/experience
