A Customer Service Representative is a Entry to mid Level position. Customer Service Representatives assist in all processes involving customers and there orders from the necessary components to ensure a high quality, efficient and timely build for customer projects. while using inventory tracking and ERP software to ensure a consisted database is maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Materials management, planning and procurement, production planning
  • Procure, plan and control the cycle of materials for an electronic components manufacturer
  • Effectively conduct communications with all outside vendors, both foreign and domestic
  • Monitor vendor performance
  • Ability to make procurement decisions and vendor selection for all company materials used to manufacture electronic components, as well as office supplies.
  • Ability to exercise independent decision making
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Good Business acumen.
  • Great customer services Skills
  • Must be experienced with ERP software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

  • Customer relationship management: 2 years (Required)
