Your Opportunity:
ComplyRight, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative, to join their team in Oxnard, CA!
They are seeking a friendly, experienced customer service professional to work in our customer service team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers both on the phone and online to help grow sales and improve customer retention.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ability to interact with and service the needs of our customers via telephone, email, and web tickets
- Accurately enter/update order information following order-entry procedures
- Develop deep product expertise to effectively assist and communicate value to customers
- Document, research, and resolve customer issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with supervisor/team to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
- Identify and share trends in customer experience
- Complete assigned customer projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your Shift:
- Mon-Fri from 7:00am - 3:30pm PT
- Some Saturdays and overtime scheduled during peak season
You Must Have:
- A high school degree or the equivalent and proven previous customer service or customer support experience
- Ability to type 35 WPM, and proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Positive upbeat attitude, efficient, self-starter and problem-solver
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving ability
- Effective time management skills, the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to manage customer projects with accuracy and on time delivery
The anticipated hourly salary range for this position is $15 – $16.50. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
