Work you'll do as a Customer Service / Customer Care representative:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers with HR inquiries, answering or triaging request tickets through email and Customer Relationship Management engagement platform (i.e.,SharePoint)
  • Collaborate with teammates

customer requests and issues around:

  • General HR, payroll, and benefits operations
  • End-to-end recruiting and hiring lifecycle operations, to include job definition, candidate sourcing, candidate evaluation, candidate selection, candidate management/tracking, interview logistics, candidate selection, and job offer.
  • Onboarding and hiring process to include onboarding paperwork, orientation, benefits administration and other clerical responsibilities as needed.
  • Recognize where the customer inquiry should be sent, if you are unable to resolve the request
  • Retrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic (e.g., ServiceNow, National Finance Center, webTA), for use in answering questions for a high volume of candidates
  • Correspond with personnel to obtain data needed to verify and/or correct data from previously completed files and residual records.
  • Submit requests for records of applicants, schedule interviews, and schedule processing dates to enter the facilities
  • Maintain required forms, records, and files pertaining to enlisted applicants and employees
  • Provide administrative support to multiple recruiters and managers while maintaining attention to detail
  • Serve as a primary point of contact to job applicants, working directly with job seekers to resolve questions, complete tasks within the recruiting process, and promote a positive candidate experience
  • Manage high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with candidates and employees


Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need of employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance which includes a creditworthiness
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities and work within time constraints
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a remote team
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Well versed in MS Office suite products
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Preferred:

  • Federal HR experience
  • Experience with National Finance Center (NFC) systems and programs is a plus, along with USA Staffing experience.
  • Understanding of Federal HR policies and principles
  • SharePoint experience
  • Client engagement and relationship building
