Customer Service Representative
Sunrise Transportation is looking for a dedicated Customer Representative to work at our Vincennes location in Chicago. Our Customer Service Representative is an important part of our company’s commitment to our company and clients. They are committed to customer service, caring attitudes for children and safety.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:

Responds to customer inquiries and problems timely and accurate information or directing inquiries to supervisor
Coordination, scheduling, dispatching and planning of the daily school bus routes
Treats each customer/caller with courtesy, dignity, and respect privacy.
Enters data for notation of transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, addresses, and other information in internal system
Documents trip authorization according to procedures.
All other duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative requirements:
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to interact with all staff and clients
Positive attitude and sensitivity in dealing with customer needs
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, judgment and problem solving abilities
Ability to utilize a standard business telephone system for communication
Experience with QuickBooks, and Microsoft preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
