Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00 per hour


We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (Customer Service Rep) to receive and/or place telephone calls that are basic and routine in nature to handle any and all aspects of customer accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, and problem resolution. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to act as the customer advocate for all customer service issues. In addition, you'll use our computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. You'll ensure that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating with other functions as required, and you'll act as customer contact to route customers to the correct department to answer or solve any questions or problems.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle customer calls/correspondence for customer scheduling and inquiries
  • Offer assistance to customers with service, billing, and/or other issues
  • Record all customer information and call history information accurately on appropriate paperwork or electronic systems
  • Maintain a level of knowledge and understanding of general system functionality and the business unit policies and procedures
  • Ensure maximum sensitivity, confidentiality, and understanding of features of service and/or billing including marketing promos and special offers
  • Provide administrative assistance to Operations, Sales, and Marketing departments as time permits


What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Six (6) months to one year of clerical or customer service experience
  • The onboarding process will include a requirement to complete and pass all customer service training courses and SVM University courses
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Skill in written and verbal communication
  • Skill in problem-solving
