Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, the associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or do an outbound call within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires good communication skills; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to details.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to 1 year experience with call center or customer service experience/training.
  • Fundamental computer knowledge and maneuverability within window applications.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft office suite, specifically Word and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per year
