Summary:

Provide support and service in all current and prospective customer issues. Coordinates all related matters regarding bids, samples, order, inquiries and other sales expediting matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and processes customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner regarding

product selection, placement of orders, pricing, freight quotes, samples, product literature
and complaints.

  • Serves as IQMS in house technical support for customer service processes and training
  • Provides reliable communication surrounding customer orders to facilitate ordering of

raw materials and inventory management.

  • Supports account managers for all customer information, maintaining open lines of

communication necessary to meet customer needs to maintain and grow customer
business.

  • Follows all requirements when entering order and customer information into IQMS to

ensure useful data is available surrounding each customer, order and product.

  • Assembles and processes customer data, credit applications, references, label, delivery or

other special requests.

  • Initiates communication with existing and potential customers to determine purchasing

requirements for new products/new SKU's for launch into the marketplace. Including but
not limited to: artwork, color matches, etc.

  • Provides communication to customers on price changes and reconfirm new pricing.
  • Maintains open lines of communication with customers regarding lead times, promise

dates, label requirements, shipping, etc. and updates status as needed.

  • Initiates support issue process, including request for additional information, return

authorization, communication of status to customers, requests for credit memos and entry
of all information into IQMS required to move process forward.

  • Makes a priority of answering incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinates internal activities with production and shipping departments.
  • Coordinates external activities for color matches, labels and liner.
  • Monitors production schedule and inventory levels for accurate communication with

customers.

  • Assists in scheduling conference calls or customer site visits when required.
  • Preforms other related duties and special projects.
  • Follows all safety rules and procedures required by department and company.

Pay: From $64,000.00 per year
