Job description
Monday - Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
(with overtime as required)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist and satisfy customers in multiple areas to keep service quality at high levels.
• Take pick-up orders
• Track/trace shipments
• Support internal sales force and coordinate with dispatch, claims, collections, and payroll.
• Monitor and reply as needed to all emails received.
• Handle emergency phone calls and participate in the Weekend Duty rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or transportation field experience
• Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of geographic region and D.O.T. regulations
• Typing/keyboarding ability
