Customer Service Representative

This position will require onsite training for 8 weeks in Valley City, OH. After training completion, you can work from home. Receive Great hands-on training for this work-from-home opportunity.

Work hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Pay rate: $15, during training, $16 per hour regular pay.

What’s a typical day like as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Answering incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
• Answer basic questions and assist customers with diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment questions.
• Identifying parts for equipment and providing customers with all options available to complete repairs and replace needed parts.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have Call center experience, preferred but not required, will train anyone that has retail/food industry customer service experience
• Able to learn and understand work instructions, diagrams/blueprints, experience is preferred but it is not required
• Basic level Proficiency in Word, Excel, and emailing
• Can type at least 30 wpm. Data entry is a key part of this role.
• Have reliable Transportation to Valley City for 8 weeks
• Must be able to complete onsite training in Valley City, OH for 8 weeks
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and relate well to customers and system tools
