Job description
Do you feel confident in front of a computer?
Do you want to work 8-5 Monday through Friday with paid holidays off, sick time and 2 weeks of paid vacation a year?
Shift:
- No weekends.
- No nights.
- paid holidays.
- Monday- Friday: 8am - 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and the ability to provide quality service to customers over the phone and through written communication. Attention to detail is crucial.
- Answering phone calls.
- Processing mail.
- Processing orders placed over the phone, through the mail, and through our online store.
- Data entry.
- Set up of accounts, and account maintenance.
- Working with both customers on the phone and our inside sales staff.
