In 2005, Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC opened on the Lower
East Side of Manhattan with two rules:
1. Create a bakery free of harmful ingredients.
2. Wear cute uniforms.

Today, as then, we focus on the underserved—
people with gluten, dairy, egg, and soy
sensitivities, the health-minded, and, most
importantly, allergic kids who are often unable
to indulge.

We select all ingredients responsibly and use
our natural sweeteners sparingly. Our goal is to
make eating vegan and gluten-free fun and
delicious, and we’re very glad to have you with

What we're looking for: Front of House team members who are passionate, excited, and have the ability to easily multitask while helping out our clientele with a warm and welcoming energy. You'll be handling cash, working closely with our BOH (Back of House), and making sure the space is always in tip-top shape! We pride ourselves on having a positive attitude and having a bit of pep in our step and look for those who can match our energy and vibe!

Though we are an allergen friendly bakery you don't need to be vegan or gluten-free yourself to join our team-- the only requirement is the openness to learn about what makes us special!

You'll be a jack-of-all-trades when working FOH (Front of House), providing counter service, waiting on tables, serving beer and wine, working with espresso, frosting cupcakes, decorating cakes, setting up and closing down the shop, and, getting to know our wonderful regulars.

We ask for patience and diligence as we do handle a high volume of business throughout the day, 7 days a week and would love to find team members with strong work ethics especially for our busy weekend brunch hours!

We're looking to hire at our: Santa Monica location. Open availability is required for the positions; full-time or Part-time is available with lots of perks and benefits such as insurance and bonuses plus the great tips you'll be making during your shifts.

In order to keep our customers and employees protected, we require face masks and only one customer inside the store at all times. Also, all staff is required to wear gloves, remain 6 feet apart and we have implemented a daily covid screening.
