In the UK we employ over 1,800 people and have 3 factories, 3 office locations and a national distribution centre. Over the last few years, we have installed 10 new production lines, 3 new warehouses, a combined heat and power plant (CHP), as well as providing infrastructure for further expansion.

The role:



Based in Lutterworth, but at Britvic we operate a hybrid, flexible way of working.

Working as a member of the Britvic customer service team you will own it playing a key role responsible for supporting the account teams by handling end to end order management.

We care about our business and as the primary customer contact, it is the role of the customer service representative to ensure customer satisfaction in timely resolution of all queries, providing a great customer service experience throughout.

We believe we are stronger together and as a Customer Service Representative you will accurately capture and process external and internal customer orders and provide all the information required to enable the system to source these orders by utilising excellent customer facing skills and ensuring the most efficient service to customers.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

FMCG industry experience is desirable
You must have experience of working within a Customer Service environment
SAP skills are essential
