Customer Service Representative

M-F/Full Time/9AM-6PM/On Site

Salary: $16-18/hr depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A:

  • Answer inbound calls.
  • Assist customers with online payments, payment extensions, due date changes, and automatic payment setup.
  • Assist customers with general questions about their account.
  • Ensure adherence to Arivo’s Customer Service policy and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training on customer service skills, compliance and company policy.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1+ years experience in customer service or similar
  • Proficient computer, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
  • Bilingual is a plus, especially in Spanish
