Amesbury Animal Hospital is a full service mixed animal practice. We are looking for an upbeat team player who shares our core values of integrity, compassion, excellence, education and respect. We have a great team environment and an excellent benefit package.

Phone Support:

• Answer incoming calls, Complete reminder calls for upcoming appointments, Schedule appointments, Triage all other calls to appropriate location

Patient Interaction:

• Greet clients and patients checking in for appointments, Admit patients for surgeries/day procedures, Invoice/check out appointments, Handle walk in transactions for food or medications, Update client information

Office Support:

• Monitor/clean/stock waiting areas, Settle cash drawer and CC machine, Document client calls/requests, Attend required meetings and occasional community events

Must be available to work every other Saturday.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Medical receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
