Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a CSR position with somebody who is seeking a full time or part time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve event issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Job Requirements

• Prior inside sales Experience- Plus
• Associates degree or higher- preferred
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Self directed
• Strong verbal and written skills

Pay: $18hr-$24 hr depending on experience
