AMS are recruiting on behalf of our well known client for Customer Service Advisors to work in their Fraud Centre of Excellence in Southend-On-Sea.

• Start date: 12/12/2022
• 12 months temp to perm contract
• £12.99 per hour
• Full-time (35 hours per week)
• Long-term/ongoing temporary contracts leading to permanent opportunities.
• Hybrid working after training (3 days per fortnight in the office).
• First 6/7 weeks of training are provided on-site, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (compulsory attendance).
• 33 days of holiday each year.
• After training you will work 35 hours across 4 days, including 1 weekend day and shifts up to 8pm.

The shift patterns are as follows -

• Sunday – 1000-2000
• Monday – 1000-2000
• Tuesday – 1000-2000
• Wednesday 1100-2000

Or

• Wednesday – 1100-2000
• Thursday 1000-2000
• Friday – 1000-2000
• Saturday – 1000-2000
