Southwind, home of multiple home service businesses throughout the United States (1-800-GOT-JUNK?, You Move Me, MVP Electric, DreamLawn) is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service rep to help us make a huge impact in the home service industry by driving connection and value to our customers. Our ideal candidate is competitive, coachable, and can easily connect with business clients, getting them excited to see our solution. This role will challenge you and bring out your best while also building a foundation for you to grow into a full-cycle sales role on our Inside Sales Team. This is an exciting time at Southwind as we continue to rapidly grow our existing locations and expand into new territories and businesses across the United States!

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • You will be a dedicated representative for one of our top brands within the Southwind Organization
  • Building strategic business relationships with current clients as well as creating new relationships with potential clients
  • Responsible for increasing business from our commercial clients
  • Driving business and crushing revenue goals by generating leads
  • Effectively using our CRM system to track business development and share updates with our Franchise Partners and Sales Managers
  • Organized approach to consistent monthly sales activity goal achievement
  • Adoption of Sales Playbook - all sales reps follow a sales playbook that is designed to drive consistency and results through adoption of a foundational sales methodology, key plays and talk tracks that are tailored to target verticals, personas and sales stages

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

Our Difference as a Company
  • $15/hr all in uncapped commission earnings on an increasing pay structure.
  • First year agents should expect to earn an average of $45-$55K with room to exceed.

This is a full time, salaried PLUS commission role located at our HQ in Lenexa, KS.
