Job description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for a bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Representative in the Doral area for the showroom of a Tile and Stone company.Pay: $17-$18/HR
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday - Friday & Sat. by rotation)
Responsibilities:
*
Over-the-phone and in-person customer assistance, as well as providing support for Showroom activities as needed.
*
Develop and maintain product knowledge of merchandise.
*
Collect information, complete and process sales orders, and provide feedback on customer experience.
*
Provide customers and assist Sr. Account Executives and Outside Sales personnel with pricing, orders, photographs, and provide feedback when needed.
*
Serve as backup Receptionist when needed.
*
Execute sale promotion activities and assist with showroom upkeep.
*
Follow up on calls, sales, and assignments or projects assigned by management.
Requirements:

Bilingual (English / Spanish)
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
*
Excellent organizational and time management skills
*
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
