Overview:
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Rep for our Morris Plains Lab, to work 9 am - 5 pm five days per week including weekends when needed.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Respond to 40-50 inbound calls per day from providers and patients with questions relative to lab results and testing
- Resolve customer service issues by researching lab systems and collaborating with other lab departments
- Initiate outbound calls to provide lab results and collect information needed to complete testing
Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree preferred
Minimum Experience:
- 1-3 years customer service experience in a patient care setting highly preferred
- Lab experience preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish helpful
